When the stone arrives in the sandblast department,
a rubber stencil is put on the granite and the first cut takes place.

After the first cut, the stone is steeled and sculpted where the stencil has been removed.

The rubber is glued back on and only the v-line and sunk area are removed.
The stone goes through the sandblast.

All the v-lines and sunk areas are cut in deeper and a paint or sawsheen is sprayed in all the lines.
The rubber is then taken off and the stone is sent to be washed and crated to be shipped.

A picture is scanned and then some modifications are made on it.
When the picture is finalized it is sent under the laser.
The laser reproduce the picture just like a printer would.

After the laser has been done, we do some final touch up with a hand etcher.
